Sweet and curious and perhaps a little nutty, this caramel and woody lychee flavoured tea is as explorative as Science-Fiction as a genre.

Black tea (Pu erh style), almond pieces, anise seed, bael nut and natural flavours.

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5 -7 minutes in fresh hot water.
