Mystery

Flavour Profile:

A dark tea for a stormy night, enticingly sweet, strangely herbaceous. A mystery in a cup.

Ingredients:

Pu erh, licorice root, anise seed.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in hot water.
