Flavour Profile:
This tea is famed for its medicinal properties. The leaves come from the Yunnan Dayeh variety of tea tree - which is purported to be closely related to the original tea- tree of pre-glacial times! Often drunk to help relieve indigestion.
Ingredients:
Black (Pu Erh) tea.
Brewing instructions:
Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in hot water.
