To drive the cold winter away, we present this warming blend of apple, spice, and everything creamy and nice.

Black tea, apple pieces, calendula, cornflower and sunflower petals, cinnamon, orange pieces, lime and blackberry leaves, cloves, natural flavours.

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in hot water.

This warmly spiced brew is perfect for drinking in cold weather. The citrus and cloves are an incredible yet subtle note compared to the apple and cinnamon taste in the cup. A dark, but pretty tea - it blends up to a tasty tea. I tasted this first in the tea-of-the-month club; and found it was a great way to greet the new year.
