Flavour Profile:

Probing question – have you ever seen a Grey face looming over you in the dark? Yeah, us either. This is a smokey tea with hints of lemon balm and sweet anise to help keep you awake at night in case you were worried about being abducted.

Ingredients:

Black tea, linden, lemon balm, anise seed.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes in hot water.
