Flavour Profile:

This woody tisane doesn't merely run laps around all others (on the right): it flies! On red wings of blackberry raspberry, and hawthorn, it has just enough spice to keep you in check.

Ingredients:

Chicory, sarsaparilla, sassafras, orange peel, pink peppercorn, raspberry and blackberry pieces, hawthorn berries. Caffeine free.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in hot water.
