Dark and smokey, this blend of lapsang and pu erh black teas will tempt you with sweet apples, and then take over fully.
Ingredients:
Black tea (lapsang souchong and Pu erh), apple pieces.
Brewing instructions:
Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5 - 7 minutes.
