Luke, I am Your Pu Erh

Flavour Profile:

Search your Darjeelings, you know it to be true. Sometimes the dark side of tea is the best. Give in to your need for a stronger brew. Ceylon leads to Assam. Assam leads to Pu Erh. This blend is power in a cup.

Ingredients:

Black tea, pu erh.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes.
