Flavour Profile:

All the grounding comfort of a Cream Earl Grey, and the toe-curling pleasure of Vanilla Chai. This blend is the ultimate indulgence.

Ingredients:

Black tea, Cornflower petals, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black and white pepper, clove, calendula petals, nutmeg, and natural organic compliant flavours.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-10 minutes.

be cautious with over steeping this one. the early grey flavors will over power the softer notes.

A chai that is very spice forward. I enjoy it best when brewed with a bit less than the prescribed quantity of leaves and with an added hint of sugar.
