Gandalf the White Tea

Flavour Profile:

This is a tea for the wise but cheeky, one you shall not pass-up. White tea with dreamy nettle and soft peach will guide you on in your quest.

Ingredients:

White tea, nettle leaves, peach pieces.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 80ºC/178ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 2-3 minutes.
