Fine, I'm a Tea Now

Flavour Profile:

Sarcastic to a fault, but stays with you to the end. This watery blue oolong has bamboo softness to round out its rosehip pique.

Ingredients:

Oolong, bamboo leaves, rosehip pieces, blue pea butterfly flower petals.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Rinse the tea briefly with hot water, discard water, then Steep 2-3 minutes in fresh hot water.
