Flavour Profile:

This tea is green, but also black, and it used to be an oolong that mixed with a rooibos. Whatever you call them, they are a delicious fruity medley with distinct notes of apple, currants, and hibiscus.

Ingredients:

Black, green, oolong and white tea, rooibos, apple, pomegranate, elderberries, black and red currants, pear, calendula, jasmine, mallow, passion flower and hibiscus petals, and natural organic compliant flavours.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes in hot water.
