Rooibos, apple, carrot, cinnamon, ginger, pineapple, licorice, natural flavors (organic compliant). No caffeine.

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in fresh hot water.
