Flavour Profile:

When the world is changing too fast and you need to comfort of a dear friend, the Big Forest Guardian may come to you bearing a tea that tastes of warm caramel with fruity notes that is sure to bring you some whimsy.

Ingredients:

Black tea (Pu Erh style), almond pieces, apple, mango, orange, elderberry, rosehip and pineapple pieces, hibiscus petals and natural organic compliant flavours.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in hot water.
