Flavour Profile: There are no innocents anymore, not after drinking this tea. This beet red, earthy pu erh may be sweet with elderberries and currents, but has a bite of ginger.
Ingredients: Pu erh, elderberries, black and red currants, hibiscus petals, beets, ginger pieces, and Natural flavours.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes.
