Baby Blue

Who’s a clever one? You are! This blue brew is sharp as a razor, and yet soft as a lamb. A floral white tea that will defend you to the end.

Ingredients:

White tea, blue pea butterfly flower and sunflower petals, bay laurel leaves, hawthorn and blueberries.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Rinse the tea briefly with hot water, discard water, then Steep 2-3 minutes in fresh hot water.
