Flavour Profile:

Known for his patience and discipline, Roku is a remarkably well-balanced Avatar despite his fiery nature. He is represented here with elderflower and almond for wisdom and protection, as well as cinnamon and ginger for the fire that fuels him.

Ingredients:

Black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cocoa beans, almond pieces, calendula, elderflower, sunflower, safflower and chamomile petals, star anise, natural flavors.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

It's hard to describe just how good this tea is. It feels like it has so much *substance* behind it.

It's flavourful and packs a strong kick, but in no way feels overpowering. I'm definitely getting this one again!

From the beautiful red color to the smell of sweet licorice, this tea presents like a rooibos but drinks like a black tea, and becomes even better with a resteep. It does not even begin to taste the way you'd expect. Delightful and robust, bitter and sweet mixed perfectly. Absolutely delicious!
