Flavour Profile:
A wry, tangy tea for those days when you must accomplish three impossible things by breakfast. Earthy pu erh lends power to peppercorn and lemony notes of pique. Rakish ginger is only just barely tamed by dandelion.
Ingredients:
Black tea (pu erh), lemon balm, dandelion leaves, pink peppercorn, ginger root, and lemon pieces.
Brewing instructions:
Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.
