The perfect ride - a fruit and spice chai tempered with rock and roll, and maybe some black tea.
Ingredients:
Black tea, Apple, cinnamon, hibiscus, orange, rosehip, lemongrass, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, white pepper, clove, nutmeg, star anise, malva.
Brewing instructions:
Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes in hot water.
