This gentle white tea has much wisdom and peace to pass along to you, if you will but take a moment to sit with it. Soft, sweet strawberry, wrapped in subtle mint floats in a sea of pai mu tan white serenity.

Ingredients:

White tea, strawberry pieces, spearmint leaves.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.
