Fool of a Tea

Flavour Profile:

A light heart makes for a merry life. This playful tisane with sweet pips of strawberry and fennel will surely have you dancing on tables at the Prancing Pony.

Ingredients:

Rooibos, strawberry, lemon, fennel. Caffeine free.

Brewing instructions:

Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes.
