Santa's Milk and Cookies
Flavor Profile: Reminiscent of dipping biscuits in milk, this sweet treat will let you drink in some cozy nostalgia.
Ingredients: Black tea, Sumac berries, Cornflower, Safflower &
Red plum petals, Natural flavors (organic compliant).
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose
tea per cup. Steep 3-5
minutes in fresh hot water.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
