Night of the Iguana Chai
Flavor Profile: Chocolate and spice, and everything nice! This chai combines the spices of the Malabar Coast with Belgian Chocolate.
Ingredients: Black tea, ginger, cocoa beans, cinnamon, cardamom, black and white pepper, clove, nutmeg, white cornflower, natural flavours.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.
Turn your bag of Chai upside down a few times. The powdered spices can settle at the bottom
