Flavor Profile: Named for the Tibetan Monks who first created this blend, this tea tastes of grenadine and vanilla, and is best had when enjoying a moment of contemplation. A particularly satisfying cup that is good for the soul.
Ingredients: Black tea, calendula and sunflower petals, natural organic compliant flavours.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
