Flavor Profile: On the nose, the infusion is bright, with hints of grass. In the cup, it is thick and rich, with notes of moss, pear, and honey.
Ingredients: Green tea.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use ½ tsp of matcha per cup. Whisk vigorously until frothy.
