Flavor Profile: Search your Darjeelings, you know it to be true. Sometimes the dark side of tea is the best. Give in to your need for a stronger brew. Ceylon leads to Assam. Assam leads to Pu Erh. This blend is power in a cup.
Ingredients: Black tea, pu erh.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
