Flavor Profile: Half of this ethereal white tea wants to step in close
enough to bite out your throat. The rest of it is implacably calm and
level-headed, we assure you, with soft honeysuckle and jasmine, and just
a little sage to even out its temper.
Ingredients: White tea, coriander seeds, honeysuckle and jasmine petals, sage leaves, lemon pieces.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Rinse the tea briefly with hot water, discard water, then Steep 3-5 minutes in fresh hot water.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
