Rooibos
Rooibos has been getting an amazing amount of press recently. As people begin searching for healthy alternatives to soft drinks, rooibos, with its polyphenols, iron, zinc, fluoride, calcium and magnesium, fits the bill. Enjoyed in South Africa for centuries, rooibos was first made available to Westerners by a Russian émigré named Benjamin Ginsberg. He recognized that its beneficial properties and wonderful taste made it an excellent caffeine free alternative to traditional caffeinated teas. We agree!

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
