Flavor Profile: This blend attempts
to capture the diversity and character of life within the WuYi Cloud
Forest, where so much wonderful tea is grown. Pai Mu Tan is mixed with
floral components, and has tasting notes of light cocoa, vanilla and
pomegranate.
Ingredients: White Tea, rosehip pieces, hibiscus, sunflower, cornflower, rose, safflower, calendula and osmanthus petals, natural organic compliant flavors.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
