Izmir Chai

Flavor Profile: A rich and mild blend of chai, featuring apples, hibiscus, cinnamon, orange, rosehip, and lemongrass, along with all the spiciness you'd expect of a chai.

Ingredients: Apple, cinnamon, hibiscus, orange, rosehip, lemongrass, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, white pepper, clove, nutmeg, star anise.

Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

Turn your bag of Chai upside down a few times. The powdered spices can settle at the bottom
