An Inappropriate Cup of Wilder
Flavor Profile: A wry, tangy tea for those days when you must accomplish three impossible things by breakfast. Earthy Pu Erh lends power to peppercorn and lemony notes of pique. Rakish ginger is only just barely tamed by dandelion.
Ingredients: black tea (pu erh), lemon balm, dandelion leaves, pink peppercorn, ginger root, and lemon pieces.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose
tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
