Anthony and Cleopatra Black Tea Hearts
Flavor Profile: A bold taste evoking images of wine, love, and betrayal. Subtle and earthy, and reminiscent of seasonal Keemun.
Ingredients: Black tea (Yunnan).
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1 heart per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
