Flavor Profile: Let’s raise a cup to a heroic tea that
stands above the rest: energetic maté blends well with
wise oolong and quick lime, for a tea that has it all.
Ingredients: Oolong tea, roasted yerba maté, lime pieces, gynostemma and bamboo leaves.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea
per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
