Flavor Profile: Take a moment’s break from your quest
to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea, soft and rustic, lightly smoked with hickory,
sweet and comforting enough so that you feel ready to get back to saving the
world.
Ingredients: Black tea, Labrador tea, cedar (Thuja) leaves, rosemary,
lemon balm, honeysuckle petals.
Brewing Instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea
per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
