Flavour Profile:
An incredible blend of Assam, Darjeeling and Dimbula Ceylon black teas resulting in a malty, smooth muscatel flavour with a hint of a coppery twist. The tea itself is golden and bright, like the moon it is named for.

Black tea.
Brewing instructions:
Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.
