Flavour Profile:
This blend attempts to capture the diversity and character of life within the WuYi Cloud Forest, where so much wonderful tea is grown. Pai Mu Tan is mixed with floral components, and has tasting notes of light cocoa, vanilla and pomegranate.
Ingredients:
White Tea, rosehip pieces, hibiscus, sunflower, cornflower, rose, safflower, calendula and osmanthus petals, natural organic compliant flavours.
Brewing instructions:
Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.
