Flavor Profile: A wicked blow of black tea and pu erh with a dark pulse of elderflower undertones.
Ingredients: Black tea, pu erh, elderflowers, lemon verbena.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes. For a fuller experience, add a pinch of salt to your cup once brewed.
