Flavor Profile: Brass dragons are known for their
hospitality, and charming conversation skills. It stands to reason then, that
this sweet honeybush and pineapple with soft lemony notes tisane is best served
to dear company.
Ingredients: Honeybush, bael nut, pineapple pieces, rose petals, lemon
verbena.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per
cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
