Flavor Profile: There are no innocents anymore, not after drinking this
tea. This beet red, earthy pu erh may be sweet with elderberries and
currents, but has a bite of ginger.
Ingredients: Pu erh, elderberries, black and red currants, hibiscus petals, beets, ginger pieces, and Natural flavors.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
