Flavor Profile: all hail the King of May! Pan! Dionysus! Bacchus! Celebrate his joie de vivre with this rich tea that is full and fruity, with many subtle layers of fruits and flowers. It will surely stir your spirits and put you in a festive mood.
Ingredients: White tea, rose hips, black and red currants, hibiscus, raisins, rose petals, blue malva flowers, raspberry leaves.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 2-3 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
