Flavor Profile: A tea that refuses to be like any other. Powerful, dark, with enough spice to rouse your will to rebel.
Ingredients: black tea (pu-erh style), allspice, cinnamon, pink peppercorns.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Rinse the tea briefly with hot water, discard water, then Steep 3-7 minutes in fresh hot water.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
