Flavor Profile: A hint of mustiness with a bit of earthy character, sometimes described as 'elemental'. Aged for 5 years in a dark cave in Yunnan. The taste of Pu-Erh becomes more mellow with age, making this a rather splendid cup, even for those unused to pu-erh.
Ingredients: Black (Pu-Erh) tea.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100º. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in hot water.
