Lady Londonderry

Flavor Profile: A sweet cup of elegance - hints of lemon and sumptuous strawberry make this a perfect afternoon tea.

Ingredients: Black tea, lemon balm leaves, strawberry pieces, calendula and sunflower petals, and Natural flavors.

Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea per cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in hot water.

As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
